High Impact, Little Package

Such brillant color on such fragile petals.

This is the view out my bedroom window

every morning when I pull up my blinds.

David planted these beautiful roses for

me a few summers ago. He's taken wonderful

care feeding and tending to them whenever

they're in need, just as he does his family.

What a wonderful caregiver he is-my David.

Warm Comfort

Having a fire is my definition of comfort, warm comfort.

I could stare at the colored flames all night long, mind wandering

off, with no worries.

A Winter Afternoon

Never worried if she is safe, knowing she is.
Taking a nap on a whim, this time in the early afternoon.
Having her own space, a sofa just for them.
Wrapped in a loving atmosphere, keeping her warm in the winter chill.
One of our pups, loved more than they will ever know.

Blended hues

A mixture of color, darker/lighter hues. Having them all blend together creating a beautiful canvas to view our world. What better way to end the day.
