2011 Reflections
Taken just yesterday, this photo of my oldest girl really hits home with me. Converting this to b&w made me realize our first baby girl has begun to show her age this year. I try not to think of age, in terms of any of us, but her seasoned features are highlighted by my post processing.
Reflecting back on the year there have been several subtle changes I began noticing over the summer. Others were right when they said, "It sneeks up on you, your age I mean." With the arrival of the New Year, make sure you truly "live" your life as it does race on by "in a blink of an eye."
Happy New Year to All!

Undeniable Joy
Joyful feelings-not ever wondering if your love is returned, just knowing it is.
Knowing you'll never be judged, just unconditionally loved each and every day.
Intutuively sensing when you're sad and kissing away your tears.
These are just a few selfless things our pets give us throughout their life.
What wonderful additions they are to our families.
I can't express how much my girl means to me.

Skeptical
New Year, New Perspective
With the arrival of the new year, I've decided to incorporate 2 things I just LOVE-photography and writing. I've seen and followed many photog/journaling blogs so now it's time to have one of my own.
I'm not setting my goals too high, so instead of writing every day (which I do hope to), I'm committing to once a week.
Off to take a picture for today's post :)
