May 1-Capturing texture

April 28-Held Dearly

Just as we hold those things that are dear to our heart, so do our pups.

April 27-The Shape of Things

Have you ever stopped to thing about the shape of things? Everything is proportioned specifically for a purpose just as these tomatoes are perfectly proportioned for their vines.

April 26-Movement

April 25-Daunting

Summer storms in Florida are very daunting as they appear without much warning.

April 24-Reflections

Reflections reveal hidden features that are not transparent to the naked eye.

April 23-Always shiny

April 22-Bursting with Color

April 21-Daily Rounds

Making sure all the soap suds are washed down the drain is an obsession I have; some refer to this type of behavior as OCD. Since the suds were circular shaped, this picture fit the bill for the photo of the day.

April 20-Flirting with Flare

The direction of our house has the afternoon sun shining through our dining room windows directly on my tulips. This was at the last stage of their glorious time and with the sun shining on/through them it created an ethreal feel to this image.

April 19-Hidden Messages

A hidden message indeed. Who would have thought a piece of artwork could mean the end of a challenge that has been faced in our household for several months? Locating that perfect piece that would not only match the new color on our dining room wall, be the perfect size to fit the small empty space and coordinate with our other art pieces seemed to elude us until we spied this treasure. Not only did it capture the colors already present, but it had texture to match our already existing art collage on the opposing side of the wall. Perfection for sure.
